Due to various state laws, currently we can only ship to CA. An adult must be present at time of delivery to sign for the wine shipment. Common Carriers are not permitted to leave packages without obtaining an adult signature. For this reason, we recommend using a business address. Identification showing proof of age (21 years and older) is required for each delivery. All sales shall be completed in California and title passes to the buyer in California. By placing your order you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your wine order to you. Roxo Cellars uses the information provided to fulfill your order, and to contact you via email or traditional mail, with your permission. We will not share this information with a third party. All sensitive information is encrypted and secure.
